Whatโ€™s the easiest way to hire A2B Mover as my moving partner?

When you visit us online, either choose to request for a free quote or book the service directly that is best suited for you. When you do that, we perform a visit to the site to give you an exact quote.

What happens after I submit my request online?

As soon as we receive your enquiry, we will send you an acknowledgement email. We call you within 48 business hours to learn more about your moving needs so a dedicated specialist can take the lead for your project. If you have confirmed booking for a particular service, weโ€™ll send you a confirmation email along with the invoice within 72 hours.

Is there anything that I need to do once I book you as my moving partner? Any tips that can help me be prepared in advance?

Moving is always a stressful endeavor whether youโ€™re doing it for the first time or fifth. Here are few things you can do to make the move smooth and easy.

  • Pack your items room wise with proper tagging on boxes. This alone makes it super easy to track your belongings when unpacking at your new location
  • Prepare a small box for routine items so you donโ€™t need to open any packed box once itโ€™s loaded in the lorry
  • Pack no more thanย 23ย kg in one box
  • Keep your electrical appliances likeย washing machine, water hose, refrigerator etc. dry and properly taped
  • Ensure you bubble wrap the fragile and delicate items or cushion them with towels or papers to minimize the risk of breaking

If due to some reason I have to reschedule or cancel my booking, how does that work out?

You can reschedule or cancel your booking 7 days prior to the moving date totally free of charge else cancellation costs apply.

What should I do if I am not happy with the results?

Your satisfaction with the service is our top priority. However, if for some reason you arenโ€™t happy with the service, please call us immediately atย +65-94526388ย or email us atย enquiry@moverssingapore.com.sg. We promise to do whatever we can to make your experience satisfactory and unforgettable.

What happens if I need to move at a very short notice or during late night or very early morning? Do you cater such special requests?

Do you have any payment options available?

We take 50% deposit prior to the schedule date of your move with the remaining 50% being paid on the day of the move before we depart. Please note that right now we only accept bank transfers.
